1. Please kindly be noted that students will ONLY be proceed on the registration along with
ALL receipts of payment. Thank you for your understanding.

2. On the registration day, we kindly ask all parents to present “School Bus Payment Slip”
issued by our finance to confirm your school bus registration. We can only then arrange
your child to take school bus.

3. Parents who need to purchase uniforms, please present your Uniform Payment Slip issued
by our finance on the registration day to pick up your uniforms at the designated “Uniform
Pick Up Point”.

4. Parents who already transferred the payment and wish to register school bus service or to
pick up uniform before 25th June 2010, please contact Mrs. Zhao at 0755‐83952884. (Fee
structure for school bus and school uniform is stated as below: School‐uniform fee Notice
for the first semester of 2010‐2011)

5. Parents who have not receive payment receipts, please schedule to your time to contact Ms.
Shen and Ms. Mo at Finance office. Their number to contact is 0755‐83959000‐307. Please
see below working hours of finance office during this summer holiday.
