Green Oasis School - Shenzhen

Greetings and Salutations,

Hello I’m Coach Steve, I just want to take a moment to share some brief information regarding the new Green Oasis Athletics Team for 2010.

I have begun selecting an Athletics Team to represent Green Oasis in the largest Annual Futian District Championships which will involve more than 1000 students representing many schools. This tournament will be held on the 9^th 10^th 11^th and 12^hof November 2010. As you know, Futian is one of the most difficult districts to compete in with great athletes and big sized schools, so we have our work cut out for us.

I’m trying my very best to consolidate using my vast amount of previous successes to take Green Oasis to its best results ever. We only have a few weeks to train due to the coming holidays but there are already signs of progress and talent emerging. In this Championship Tournament there will be many of the same events as in the Olympics, such as the 100M, 200M, 400M, 1500M, 3000M, 110MH, High Jump, Long Jump, Triple Jump, Shot put, javelin, 4X100m Relay, 4X400m and some multi combined events.

I’m training Athletes superior techniques, strength, motivation, balance, speed, agility, rules, history, empowerment, discipline, commitment and success. We are looking forward to turning Green Oasis into an Athletics powerhouse and recognized name brand in sports as well as academics. I will continue to dedicate myself everyday 5 days a week from Monday to Friday 3:40pm-6pm for athletics training. I will also be coaching Year11 athletes Monday morning between 9am-9:30am and during some lunch times occasionally.
