Application Process
Admissions Process
Under Chinese educational approval, we may accept students who are children of foreign nationals, as well as people from China including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.
GOS currently educates students in Reception and Years 1-11. Children age 4 to 16 may apply. We recommend, if possible, that students enroll to begin the academic year. However, applications are considered when received and acceptances are made at any time during the year, provided that space is available.
After submitting the documents and forms in the Admissions Checklist, we will arrange an assessment and interview for the applicants. Then applicants will be placed in a Year level that is age appropriate for them.
Admissions Checklist
Please submit the following information to register your child:
- Original Enrolment Application Form (Fully completed and signed by parent or guardian).
- Student Official Transcripts for the last 2 semesters in the previous school.
- Student's passport photocopy( for foreign nationals), or ID/Residence Booklet photocopy (for Chinese student).
- Parents’ passport photocopy ( for foreign nationals), or ID/Residence Booklet photocopy (for Chinese parents).
- Four passport-sized photographs of the student.
- Non-refundable Registration Fee of RMB200.
